The Challenge

A consulting firm was confronted with a significant turnover rate among its employees, indicating underlying retention issues that needed to be addressed promptly. It was imperative for the firm to identify the root causes of this turnover and devise effective solutions.

The Approach

The approach aimed to empower employees by improving communication, understanding their needs, and resolving conflicts effectively. Through individual coaching sessions, employees were provided with a platform to express their concerns and grievances, leading to the identification of root causes and subsequent resolution of conflicts.
