WHAT WE DO

Our goal is to create impact to your organization and to your people. That is the reason we expand our engagement for weeks after the actual retreat ends, helping your people and organization deepen their relationships and put in practice the learnings, breakthroughs, and commitments they made during the retreat.

EXECUTION

REINFORCEMENT

Learning Reinforcement (business outcomes, personal transformation)

This is usually a 3-12 month post-retreat engagement to help your people reinforce what they learned that may include anything from peer-learning sessions and journaling to online learning and private coaching.

Step 1: Discovery

Every meaningful learning experience starts with a solid discovery period. 

  1. We start with the executives so we understand the overall business goals and outcomes they want to achieve and how the participants contribute to those. We also want to explore in what what they view the retreat impacting and accelerating the participants’ contribution towards those goals. 
  2. Then we talk with the participants themselves in order to understand their roles (what they do, how they contribute), their role-related goals (what they want to do differently) and their personal transformation goals (how they want to be different in a way that is meaningful to elevating their ability to perform at their role and to having a meaningful personal transformation). 
  3. Finally, we work with the retreat decision-makers to put everything together and decide on the retreat goals and context. 

By the end of this phase we know very well what it is we want to achieve via the retreat and we are in a position now to design a retreat that will serve those goals. 

Step 2: Retreat program design

We work closely with you and our learning experts, coaches, concierge and travel experts work together to design the most suitable experiences that simultaneously serve all our three pillars: business outcomes, life experiences, and personal transformation. 

 

With our deep understanding of Learning Experience Design and knowing Greece inside-out, we are in a unique position to create one-of-a-kind retreats.

Step 3: Retreat logistics and coordination

We are full-house retreat organisers taking care of all the deals, the vendors, the activities logistics, the program design, the accommodation and meal arrangements. From the big decisions to the smallest detail, we’ve got you covered. 

Step 4: Retreat delivery and execution

Our coaches, learning designers, trainers, concierge staff, travel experts and event staff will be available to serve your people during the retreat. 

Step 5: Post-retreat engagement

Although our commitment to create amazing Life Experiences takes place during the retreat, our commitment to serving your business outcomes and participants’ personal transformation starts with the retreat. 

 

To ensure that our work during the retreat will also have a practical impact on both a business and personal level, we constitute our engagement with the participants for 3-6 months after the retreat. This engagement may take the form of bi-weekly virtual sessions, personal journaling, online learning, microlearning, individual action plans review, personal coaching – to mention a few. 

 

During that period we also evaluate the impact of the entire engagement (retreat and post-retreat).

Vassili’s passion lies in encouraging people to engage in outdoor activities and giving people the confidence and skills to take themselves further, always leaving no trace behind.
